The Michelin Guide, the internationally renowned and respected gourmet guide in the restaurant world, has announced Turkey’s cataloged restaurants at the special Michelin Guide Istanbul 2023 awards ceremony. The 53 best Turkish restaurants that are recommended for gourmets deserve all the attention of independent Michelin inspectors.

By the way, depending on the results of the assessment according to certain criteria, the restaurant can receive Michelin stars or can simply be included in the catalog. At the moment, none of the establishments has received 3 Michelin stars among Turkish restaurants. Only one restaurant called Turk Fatih Tutak was awarded 2 Michelin stars out of 3 possible at once, i.е. “so perfect food that you should definitely include a visit to this Turkish restaurant in your itinerary in Turkey.” This restaurant is located on the European side of Istanbul in the Bomonti district and offers authentic Turkish dishes.
